Detailed Consent Logs Export
The Detailed consent logs interface lets publishers export raw consent event records for their Clickio CMP sites. Use it when you need to review consent events, provide evidence for privacy compliance, or prepare data for a data subject access request (DSAR).
What You Can Do
In the Clickio platform, open Consent and go to Detailed consent logs.
With this feature you can:
- Select one of your CMP sites that has consent log data.
- Choose an available reporting period.
- Export the data as CSV or JSON.
- Start the export and return to the page later while it continues processing.
- Download completed export files while they are available.
- Optionally receive an email notification when a long-running export is ready.
Large exports can take time to prepare. Leaving the page does not cancel the request.
Data Availability and File Retention
Raw detailed consent logs are retained for at least 13 months.
Exported files are temporary:
- A completed export file remains available for 7 days.
- After 7 days, the file is automatically deleted and the download link expires.
- Your account can keep up to 5 recent export files. When this limit is reached, creating another export may remove the oldest export file.
Export Format
Each exported record represents one consent event. Date and time values use the following formats:
- date: YYYY-MM-DD
- event_time: YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss
Some fields apply only to a specific consent mode. For example, tcs and ov_li are used for TCF consent, while custom_tcs and ov_cn are used for non-TCF consent. Fields that do not apply to a record can be empty.
