Why was my site disapproved?

Your site has been disapproved because one of the Clickio Entry Standard requirements is missing.

To be approved inside our network a website should meet the minimum requirements, which include: 

  • Minimum Site Traffic (at least 6 months history),
  • Minimum Account Earnings,
  • Policy & Traffic compliance,
  • Account viewability,
  • Ads.txt and GDPR.

Can I resubmit my site for moderation?

Yes, you can resubmit your site for moderation, however the number of attempts is limited. Publishers can submit the same site maximum of 3 times. Before the resubmission, please, make sure that all Clickio Entry Standard requirements are satisfied.

To resubmit your site:

  1. Sign in to your Clickio account and go to the Sites tab.
  2. Choose the rejected site you wish to resubmit and click on the exclamation point Get more info.
  3. In the pop-up window, click Send for review.
How long does it take to review my site?

Normally moderation takes about 1-2 working days, but it can be extended depending on the number of sites in the queue. You will receive a confirmation email with the status.

How can I delete my Clickio account?

To delete your Clickio account, please contact Clickio Support, specifying the login name (email) of the account you wish to delete.

When will I get paid?

Payments are made every month on NET 60 terms. It means that for example, the payment for the period from 1 to 30 September would be made from 25 to 30 November. Please find more info here.

Can I get paid earlier?

It is not possible to request payments outside of the normal schedule, because all Clickio payments are processed automatically after we receive money from demand sources.
