How to sign in to your Clickio account?

To sign in to your Clickio account, please follow these steps:

1. Visit https://clickio.com/ 
2. Click LOG IN.
3. Enter the email address and password you used to register in the Clickio Publisher Platform.
4. Click sign in.

How can I change my Clickio account password?

You can change your password from your Clickio account:

1. Sign in to your Clickio account.
2. Click Settings > PASSWORD.
3. Enter and repeat your NEW password (should be different from the old one), type your old password.
4. Click Save.

How to recover a forgotten Clickio password?

To reset your Clickio password, follow these steps:

1. Visit https://adexchange.clickio.com/site/.
2. Click Reset password.
3. Enter the email address of your Clickio account.
4. Click send.
5. Follow the instructions sent to you by email to recover your password. 

If you don’t get the email:

• check your spam or bulk mail folders,
• add robot@clickio.com to your address book,
• request another password recovery email by contacting Clickio Support at support@clickio.com.
