How to Check Users' Permissions in Google Ad Manager?
1. Sign In and Access Admin Tab: Sign in to your Google Ad Manager account and navigate to the Admin tab.
2. Access Access & Authorization Section: Within the Admin tab, locate the Access & Authorization section.
3. View Users and Roles: Click on the Users tab to see a list of users and their associated roles displayed in the Roles column.
How to Create a New User with "Edit Users, Roles and Teams" Permission?
NOTE: Only users with the Administrator role can add new users and assign permissions in Ad Manager.
1. Sign In and Access Admin Tab: Log in to your Google Ad Manager account and navigate to the Admin tab.
2. Access Access & Authorization Section: Within the Admin tab, find the Access & Authorization section.
3. Initiate User Creation: Click on "New user" to begin adding a new user to your account.
4. Provide User Details: Enter the name of the new user.
5. Add Email Address: Input the email address to which you have received the MCM (Multiple Customer Management) invitation.
6. Confirm Email Address.
7. Assign Role: Choose one of the following roles for the user: Administrator, Administrator (Ad Manager only), Legal manager.
8. Save Changes: Click "SAVE" to confirm and save the new user's details and permissions.
How to Enable "Edit Users, Roles and Teams" Permission for an Existing User?
NOTE: Only users with the Administrator role can grant permission to other users to "Edit Users, Roles and Teams" in Ad Manager.
1. Sign In and Access Admin Tab: Log in to your Google Ad Manager account and navigate to the Admin tab.
2. Access Access & Authorization Section: Within the Admin tab, locate the Access & Authorization section.
3. Select User: In the Users tab, choose the user for whom you wish to enable the permission.
4. Assign Role: In the Role field, select one of the following roles: Administrator, Administrator (Ad Manager only), Legal manager.
5. Save Changes: Click "SAVE" to confirm and apply the updated permissions for the selected user.
