Paywall User Guide

1. Creating an Account

2. Review Pricing: check the available plans and click "Subscribe".

3. Fill in your details:

  • Email address
  • Country
  • Password
  • Accept the site’s Privacy Policy
  • Click "Continue"

2. Email Verification

To activate your account:

1. Check your email inbox for a message from the site you are subscribing to. Subject: Account – Activation Code

2. Copy the activation code from the email.

3. Enter the code on the Activation Page.

4. Once verified, your account will be active and ready for subscription payment.

3. Activating Your Subscription

1. After creating your account, review the subscription pricing again.

2. Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

3. Click "Continue" and you’ll be redirected to the payment page.

4. Choose your payment method:

    • Credit/Debit Card
    • PayPal
    • Link

5. Complete the payment.

Note: Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days. You can cancel anytime.

4. Cancelling Your Subscription

1. Go to the site where you subscribed.

2. Open the Consent popup:

  • Click "Change Privacy Settings" link/icon, or
  • Add ?showConsent=1 to the end of the site’s URL, or
  • Click the "Manage your subscription account" link in your account confirmation email.

3. Log in to your account.

4. Click "Manage account" (top left corner).

5. Click "Cancel" under your subscription details.

Note: Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Changing Your Payment Method

Currently, only one payment method can be linked per account.

To change it:

  1. Email support@clickio.com.
  2. You’ll be asked to cancel your subscription following these instructions.
  3. Once your current subscription period ends, create a new account with the same email address and choose your new payment method (Card, PayPal, or Link).
6. Deleting Your Account
  • Email support@clickio.com from your registered email address, requesting account deletion.
  • If you also want to stop your subscription, cancel it first (see section above).
