Consent (GDPR) Tab

If Clickio GDPR Consent tool is installed on your site, the Statistics tab will be available in your account under Consent (GDPR).

1. Manage graph. Two metrics are available (Consent count and Consent percent) in the GDPR statistics tab. To add metrics on the graph, click on the metrics in the upper left corner. 

2. Type event. There are six types of events in the GDPR statistics tab. To choose what type of event to be shown on the graph, tick the box below.

New consent to all

The consent dialog was shown and the user gave consent for all requested purposes and vendors.

New custom preference: Google personalized ads allowed

The consent dialog was shown and the user customized consent preferences using the "Manage Options" layer. The customized settings, chosen by the user, allow Google to show personalized ads.

New custom preference: Google personalized ads rejected

The consent dialog was shown and the user customized consent preferences using the "Manage Options" layer. The customized settings, chosen by the user, reject Google's personalized ads.

New continue without consent

The consent dialog was shown and the user clicked on the "Close button".

Previous decision detected: Google personalized ads allowed

The user visiting the page made a decision earlier and the consent dialog was not shown. The previous decision allows Google to serve personalized ads.

Previous decision detected: Google personalized ads rejected

The user visiting the page made a decision earlier and the consent dialog was not shown. The previous decision does not allow Google to serve personalized ads.

No decision

The consent dialog was shown to the user, but no decision was made.

3. Calendar period. To change the period, go to the calendar and set the date frame you wish to have data for. A quick selection is also available for Today, Yesterday, Week, and Month.
